The goal of this program is to provide high quality education in the field of Multimedia and Graphic Design while you earn your high school diploma. Our students gain knowledge of up-to-date trends and develop skills in current technology and design techniques in a practical, hands-on setting. Our students learn by doing. Our environment promotes creativity, teamwork, personal and professional growth.

Courses in areas such as Web Design using HTML and Dream Weaver, understanding photoshops function in web development, understanding digital image standards and understanding internet digital image standards develop the student’s technical skills; additional knowledge and skills are developed in projects and related courses such as Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Word.

Many of the projects are designed to allow the students to exercise their own creativity and document-develop skills. Although their are specific guidelines and instructions the students must follow in completing simulation projects, the end result of some of the projects will be unique for each student.

Educational Objectives
The Multimedia and Graphic Design Program has specialized it’s curriculum to meet the needs of students who are leaders and career oriented. The young men and young women who make up our student body receive an education that prepares them for entry into college or their professional careers.

Students will receive training in the following areas;

• Intro to Web Design using HTML
• Intro to Web Design using Dreamweaver
• Photoshop’s Function in Web Development
• Digital Image Standards
• Internet Digital Image Standards

Our courses are also directed toward helping students develop desirable work habits and attitudes with respect to entering the work force. In addition, advanced technical, business and people skills encourage self-reliance and readiness to assist others in an ethical approach to their professions.
